Got this cool ghost canine yesterday immediately after hitting exalted. I may be biased, but I LIKE the Frostwolf Howler, and getting a spectral version of it is just ecstasy. It costs 165 marks, but it's worth every single one of them.

Wish they'd incorporate the new worg design and give it a very brutish armor design accustomed by the orcs, as it stands you could get a frostwolf howler and just say it's a revived spectral one.

But if you want one that's slightly ethereal, don't let my comment dissuade you.

is flying mount ?

requires seems to point to that (lvl 70 and riding 300) but being the exact same model with a ground mount and some one from my realm (i dunno him, but asked him) told me to be ground only, also i saw him summoned in Tol Barad (so, unless is as headless horseman mount ...)

can anyone confirm or infirm please :P

Shame that it's the Frostwolf mount. You can tell by the markings. Slightly blurred, but it's the Frostwolf Howler none-the-less.

Okay, I see it can't fly but... why does it say "Riding (300)"? Isn't that the flying mount level? Just dosn't make sence to me

I submitted a GM ticket to get some clarity. Here is an excerpt of the response:

"The Spectral Wolf is not a flying mount. It's just a ground mount. There are no current plans to change it to a flying mount. We might be adjusting the riding skill requirement needed to ride it however."

Bummer. Would be nice to have more non-drake flying mounts.

If you are an orc shaman you can't pass this mount up. As both a wolf and a spirit it's a perfect fit.
