Nice flexible trinket you can pick up about 1/3 of the way through the Twilight Highlands quests (when given a choice to go to Thundermar or Dunwald Ruins, choose the latter and then go to Cayden Dunwald first as that is where this trinket is available). Since it's a secondary stat trinket you can reforge it to hit, crit, etc., making it very useful to tailor to your current needs.

One thing I have noticed is that you can't use it with the Figure: Demon Panther as the latter's proc is a higher +Agi value. I would imagine that other +Agi procs would have a similar limitation.

EDIT: For those with two proc trinkets of the same type, you can macro them together; just put the higher trinket first (the lower proc will not occur as long as a more powerful spell is active; once the first proc finishes, the second one will kick in). As an SV Hunter I've added them to my Serpent Sting and Cobra Shot macros.
