This is one of the 4 drake mounts new in cataclysm. These come from:

Reins the Drake of the West Wind - Exalted with Tol Barad (Hellscream's Reach or Baradin's Warders)
Reins of the Drake of the South Wind - Rare drop from Al'Akir (raid boss)
Reins of the Drake of the North Wind - Rare drop from Altarius in Vortex Pinnacle
Reins of the Drake of the East Wind - Reward from Glory of the Cataclysm Raider

As of 03/03/11 it appears that Immersion (Auchindoun EU) is the World First to complete this achievement making them the 1st owners of this Drake.

Cool looking mounts ended with the demise of WOLK.
Ironbound Proto Drake (Reins of the Ironbound Proto-Drake) still one of the best looking mounts in the game.

I keep telling the cops this mount only flys as fast as everyone else, but I keep getting tickets for speeding just the same.

I do not suggest using this mount unless you rob banks, steal candy from babies, or put cats in trees and need a clean getaway mount.
