Oddly for an engineering recipe, this feast is BoE, and does not require engineering to use. Since this is also the only BoE Cataclysm feast, it's perfect for alts, new guilds, and/or guilds that don't want to grind fishing.

This is fake! I tried to learn this from the Eng trainer but it seems that Blizzard has decided to make this an Engineer only item! :(
Now in order to learn this you have to have 505 in engineering!
Also I cannot find the other recipe for toughened flesh anywhere and I have 4 stacks fo the stuff taking up room in my bank!

I swear every time Blizzard gets near a computer they find some new way to mess up WoW!

There are Rabid Hyenas that drop Toughened Flesh often, there are elementium ores and Lavascale Catfish in non school waters
