This is an EXCELLENT weapon for Prot Warriors, slow, has parry and mastery, and it's a mace, which benefits 2 races (1hand sword does the same, but gnomes can't tank >:D)

This is a great weapon for tanks using 1-handers. Ferals may prefer Malevolence and along with DK's may prefer Akirus the Worm-Breaker (but both have to contend with DPS roles for them.) Shield tanks may also find great use in Soul Blade if they have the money to purchase or manage to win it from The Bastion of Twilight trash mobs.

Paladin and Warrior tanks alike will benefit from it if upgrading from a blue-quality weapon. Hold the Line is not a free "dibs" call for warrior tanks on items with Parry, any more than it being a mace is a free "dibs" call for a Human or Dwarf due to their Mace Specialization/Mace Specialization racial abilities. While these classes or races may get a slight bit more out of the item, it is still one of the best available tank weapons for other shield tanks.

Man up; win the loot with a roll, your DKP, or whatever. Don't try to get special treatment based on class or race just to sate your purple fever. It's a bad way to make friends and build teams. Instead - congratulate the winner if you lose and move on. Maybe they'll have a chance to repay you for that action in the future.
