Dal is not in the cave! He patrols around the village. Check out the little camp to the right of the path leading uphill right outside the cave, and around that area.

Those without TB, on ur map, he is to the right of the building looking thing that leads to the cave area.

Going by letters, if u put ur cursor directly over Thistlefur Village, directly down from the area between I and S in Thistle, and directly right of the building marker on the map.

If u don't have village on ur map, then its directly north between the two A's in Astranaar and to the right of the building marker.

lol, made a /target Dal Bloodclaw macro and found him within seconds.

Found @ 37,34 though. One shotted him with my pally (level 70 lol, I am doing Darnassus quests for rep because I am dying for a Tiger mount)
