Keep it in mind that players in Cataclysm will have insane health pools. ~2k damage will be nothing.

The fire damage it's just a (tiny) plus, the 3 secs are the great thing about this... but it would be DIVINE if that damage scales with spellpower =D which I really don't think it's going to happen :(

But being fire damage, mages and warlocks would notice some amplified damage (sorry but I don't see shamans using tailoring very often :P)

btw I love tailoring! Much much more by having these nets during 3 expansions! >=D

This net DOESN'T work against DKs/rogues with AMS/CoS up. I've got an "immune" reply on each try.

Is it a bug due to the fire damage portion of the Embersilk, which cause the two separate effects to be cancelled as one ? Or is it "working as intended"... I've asked a GM, will quote the reply as soon as I've got one.

Edit : got a reply; they're investigating it. GM didn't know if it was a bug or not.

This net is a 100% useless.

Unlike all the previous tailoring nets which had a physical school debuff that would bypass cloak of shadows or anti magic shell, the debuff of this net is of the fire school which will not work on magic immune targets.

But luckily Frostweave Net still works just fine at level 85, I've been using it and haven't had it fail on me yet.

I've also run into a bug during Tol Barad fights where it would keep a boomerang in your hand and lean the character to the right instead of throwing it. The only thing that breaks you out of it is if you hammer on a spell twice.
