Is the proc CD 45 secs ? If so, we can expect an average of 125 INT gain (considering an average time for reapplying the proc after it resets 3 sec).

On an interesting note, this enchant matches the Midsummer Reveler item set when lit on fire, especially when put on a staff. Not only does your feet, shoulders and hands burn, so does the back of your head!

I have found that is has a 20% proc chance, not sure about the cooldown though.

I got a proc from taking damage from lava, in front of Lord Rhyolith, no spells used on my holy paladin.

Its defineately the prettiest enchant ive ever had. The glow/fire changing colour is very cool.

Its procs as adverstied and for me a dest warlock, it is 500 SP and some crit and regen. It stacks with SP and INT buffs i get from my trinkets, like the 1600 INT buff from Darkmoon Card: Volcano. Got it for 1000 G on my server. It averages being about 1100 most days.
