The movement speed increase only affects non-mounted running speed, raising it by 8% (i.e. to 108% total speed). Does not stack with Inner Will or Body and Soul, but does stack with Darkflight for 151% total running speed.

The movement speed gained is 8% but as feral druid which has this talent, in cat form,the bonus speed is not gained. It only works in bear form and in "normal" form. If you have 4 items of pvp set, which apply this, the movement in bear is 124% and in cat 149% ( but 30% from talent and 15% from set is 45%). The movement speed in bear (124%) is incresead with 1% as is should be (100+15+8=123%) and in cat (149%) is increased with 4% as it should (100+30+15=145%, the 8% bonus from enchant is not applied in cat form). As long as the talent is active the bonus is not gained, either you have the 4 set item bonus or not. I highly recommend this enchant for everyone mostly for PVP
