Considering the Item level of this item it can be expected to drop from a normal mode 10 ICC boss and will be a welcome addition to those of us still wearing tanking cloaks from naxx25 or Ulduar.

Obviously an upgrade from Titanskin Cloak, since it's made of many skins instead of just one.

Druids can always use the badge cloak seeing as how that's almost perfectly up their alley.

Honestly this is going to be an upgrade for people who missed out on ToC 25 cloaks like Pride of the Eredar seeing as how this is purely avoidance. Dodge and parry are nice and all (well actually dodge is more so now that Blizzard decided to simultaneously flood us with dodge gear, and then also just make ICC will you into having 20% less dodge) but some of us are looking for more threat, and more stamina.

Unless you're heart set on having a cloak made out of many skins I'd just get the badge cloak since it's simply better in so many ways. The parry you loose is easy to cover in other item slots but bonus armor, and a socket slot on a cloak are just plain rare.

just got this, 41 dodge and 42 parry is very nice for me outside and inside icc, i reccomend this item over sentinel's cloak for icc, since sentinel's cloak doesnt have any parry *by 41 dodge, im including the socket bonus*

For a paladin tank IMO, Sentinel's Winter Cloak beats this hands down. More armor, more stamina. Kind of sucky though because it means that Festergut has nothing useful for any decent tank in ICC10 (SWC is probably the first upgrade you buy with Frosties because it's THAT good).
