Can be bought for 5 Love Tokens from holiday vendors during the Love Is In The Air (Valentine's Day) event. Will grant your target a temporary version of the Forever-Lovely Rose effect, which is different depending on your target's gender:

Male: will be biting the rose in his mouth
Female: will have the rose pinned in her hair

This may confuse some people if they don't pay attention to their buffs as it will automatically hide their helm, even if they have Show Helm turned on (and sometimes the rose can be hard to notice at first if they aren't looking for it). If they don't want it anymore, they can just click off the buff. Fun item to buy with your extra Love Tokens once you're done with the all the achievement items.

if you have problems with buying something this year try the macro :

/run BuyMerchantItem(11)

simple talk with merchant, count which number that specific item have , change the number in macro if needed... then run it still talking with merchant... and there you go - product is in your bag. :)
