Just to clarify: alliance gets their chum on the alliance boat, horde on the horde boat. You don't get to steal from the other faction (or throw them overboard as live bait, alas).

This can apparently be used in any body of water to summon sharks / valkyrs, dalaran fishing pool, SW canals, etc. (As of 10/26/2009) Have fun before its fixed :>
