GC sade somewhere that he wanted enh shamans to have slow/slow weapons, still they seam to add fast OH weapons that favors enh shamans. if a rogue would want this he'd need a slow MH mace aswell, and there an't no souch thing with higher ilevel then 213 yet.

This is basically a point-for-point upgrade over the Split Greathammer from Patchwerk in Naxx-25 ( https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=40264 ).

Bit more dps, more crit, more agi, more expertise, quite a bit more AP, and 0.1 speed faster (so generally a much better choice for combat offhands due to Combat Potency, and DW DKs wanting to keep Razorice up).

Sure, it's going to have very limited users (Mace Spec Armor-Penetration-Stacking rogues are quite rare, enhancement shamans wont want it due to the speed, and Dual Wield DKs are getting rarer)... it might make a passable threat weapon for a tank that doesnt mind 0 defense and lowish stamina on their weapon, as dodge from agility and expertise and a fast speed high-damage weapon can be acceptable.

I guess that's why it's a trash drop rather than a boss drop. It's -incredibly- well itemised for what it is, just there's a very low proportion of class/specs that might want to use it.
