I am a Human Lock and this trinket out from any movement impering spells are inate to us humans, will this trinket share the cooldown of our Every Man for him self skill?

Edit: it shares cooldown. u cannot do double trinket out. :(

I really like these new trinkets from WG. They open up a lot of options.

Generally, PvP casters will want to get an asssortment of five things out of their trinkets:

1) An on use effect that removes CC's
2) Extra Resilience Rating
3) Extra Spell Power
4) An on use effect granting more spell power
5) An on use effect that gives more Maximum HP.

The assortment of trinkets available from the WG vendor and the Honor Vendor allow a player to choose which of the above he wants and in what quantity. Previously, an on-use CC removal trinket with resilience was the only option, generally combined with a PvE trinket.

And of this series, an added perk to this one is its use in PvE. The anti-CC countermeasure generally works on all kinds of PvE stuns and fears (of which there are many).
