Reduces Cooldown of Bladestorm from 90 Seconds down to 75 seconds (or 1 minute and 15 seconds if you prefer).

This Glyph is useful in several situations, not the least of which is levelling and mob grinding. Some examples of where an Arms Warrior benefits from a more frequent Bladestorm...

Faster levelling
Trash Mob clearance
Some of the longer Boss fights, especially those with multiple adds
Herd Animals for skinning and meat eg. the Rhinos in Borean Tundra, Shoveltusks in Howling Fjord or the Mammoths of Storm Peaks
PVP choke points such as the Boss and Captain rooms in Alterac Valley, the Flag rooms and tunnels of Warsong Gulch and the Flag stand in Eye of the Storm to name but a few
Clearing up all those low level instances for the Dungeon Achievements (infact for this reason alone it's worth speccing Arms and equipping this Glyph, even if only temporarily)

Fingers crossed that this first implementation of the Glyph in 3.1 is Blizzard being cautious and that the cooldown reduction is changed to something like 45 seconds. We can but dream :)

In Mists of Pandaria this glyph has changed.

OLD: Glyph of Bladestorm - Reduces the cooldown on Bladestorm by 15 sec.

NEW: Glyph of Whirlwind - Increases the radius of Whirlwind by 4 yards.
