it looks pretty awesome, since hit is a scarce stat before BC items.

Nonetheless, I think the overall crafting of the neck is pretty cheap since Truesilver is common on people who are skilling up mining. I believe this will be a good way to skill JC up, so the prices will be fitting for anyone who simply needs that little more hit, not just twinks.

I'm not too impressed with Neck, https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=44213 is a lot easier to get and the stats seem a lot better for almost any class.

Hit cap at level 29 is 21 hit rating for 5.19% increased chance to hit.

I'll definantly be getting this for my paladin when he reaches that level, let's just say those "clutch" HoJ kinda blow when they miss :D.

Best necklace for most physical DPS classes until the 50s. At 52, it still gives 1.3% hit and 1.63% spell. You will be hard pressed to find a necklace that gives over a 1% effective damage increase across the board.
