Since patch 3.1.2 this mount will still cost 100 Champion's Seals.

Eliza Killian will also sell a White Skeletal Warhorse for the cost of 5 Champion's Seals and 500 gold (minus faction discount), which has the same looks as Sir Zeliek's Warhorse

In my opinion the most awesome mount in the game is the one ridden by Sir Zeliek. While this one does not have the headgear and "boots" of Zeliek's mount, it is closer then any other mount in the game.

First day you get 15 total champion seals. Following days you will only get 5 from the repeatable dailys. It will take a total of 18 days to acquire this mount.

On an upcoming minor patch, this mount will cost 5 champion seals + 500g, and the 100 seals version will be replaced by another mount, visually improved, to match the faction colors. This holds true for all the current mounts in the argent tournament.

It looks like the white one has been renamed to White Skeletal Warhorse (5 Champion's Seals and 500 gold)
The new Swift Forsaken Warhorse (100 Champion's Seals) looks like this on the 3.1.2 PTR:

Got this mount today and found that it is not on the GCD.

This is my first ground mount that don't have the GCD, so i figured out a macro to take benefit from this. that is, if GCD an't active while casting it.

#showtooltip forsaken warhorse
/target <Name>
/cast <Instant Cast Spell>
/targetlasttarget
/use Forsaken Warhorse

For instance I use water walking as spell, and I find it very helpfull. Other spells i can think of are Water Shield and Crusader Aura, and I'm sure there are other spells out there that are great for this macro. Here it is with the "auto flying mount" macro:

/use <Flying Mount>
/cast <Instant Cast Spell>
/use Forsaken Warhorse
/dismount

And btw, i don't think they'll put the GCD on this mount, as stated above.
Edit: Confirmed, no GCD where implented on it in the latest patch.

Got this mount today and found that it is not on the GCD.

This will be nerfed. For some reason a lot of new mounts are off the GCD. But Blizz has always gone back and fixed that every time.

This mount looks similar to the one Baron Rivendare rides (exept for the stripes). Getting this mount maybe less of a hassle than getting Deathcharger's Reins.

Fix this they did, All mounts are now off of the global cooldown.

This isn't worth your time or money AT ALL. It's almost identical to the basic Purple Skeletal Warhorse you can buy right from the Undercity vendor. Just get their Rep to Exalted(Or already have free access by being Undead), then go buy this mount. No need to do anything at Icecrown or bother with any of the BS dailies.

Don't let Blizzard gimmick you like they do with stupid people. Just get the easy one...

It's about as close to Redini del Nerodestriero as you can get if the Baron isn't dropping it for you. Also This is The Dark Lady's mount of choice.

I just uploaded a pic of the Stabled Forsaken Warhorse so I'm guessing that this looks just like that. Like the Ochre Skeletal Warhorse only very purple...
