I would like to note that you CANNOT stack several glyphs of the same type to increase the effect. Upon attempting to inscribe a duplicate Glyph at the Lexicon of Power you recieve the message:

"That Glyph is already inscribed in your spellbook."

In 4.0.1 this one gonna give us 10% mana when killed by drain soul, before affiction could get 7% mana when taken Improved drain soul talent.
Useful for people that wanna level as demo or destruction (not to mention affi).

In Mists of Pandaria this glyph has changed. The effect that you receive depends on the active spec.

OLD: Glyph of Drain Soul - Your Drain Soul restores 10% of your total mana after you kill a target that yields experience or honor.

NEW: Glyph of Drain Soul -
* Drain Soul restores 20% of your total health after you kill a target that yields experience or honor.
* Restore 20% of your total health after you kill a target in Demon Form that yields experience or honor.
* Restore 20% of your total health after you kill a target with Chaos Bolt or Shadowburn that yields experience or honor.

This glyph works with Dark Apotheosis, learned from the Glyph of Demon Hunting. Dark Apotheosis counts as demon form towards the effect of this glyph.

Also, the healing CAN crit, healing you for an extra 100% (40% of your hp, therefore).
