In beta test's last build, this glyph will grant twice mana to you if you cast LoH on yourself. Such in combat record:

LoH grants you 2340 mana(minor glyphed)
LoH grants you 2340 mana

however there's still no one selling this on my live serve, can anyone confirm if this effect still exist?

Hrm, from what I can see (Level 30 pally, not much experience) This combined with Glyph of Divinity, it allows 50 more mana at rank 2 when cast on someone else, making 300 mana, and on self, it allows 600 more mana. (600 less than rank 3)

At rank 3, it restores 110 more mana, thus making it restore 660 mana, and restores 1320 mana when cast on self. (thats more than rank 4

Rank 4, it restores 180 more mana, thus making it restore 1080 mana, and restores 2160 mana when cast on self (thats more than rank 5)

Rank 5, it restores 390 more mana, thus making it restore 2340 mana, and restores 4680 mana when cast on self.

by a holy pala with https://www.wowhead.com/cata/spell=20235 the cooldown will only be 11 min with that glyph so if ur holy, you just need https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=43367

In patch 4.0.1, Lay on Hands has had its cooldown lowered to 10 min base, and this glyph has been changed to reduce the cooldown by 2 minutes.

technically it can qualify now, but most likely it wont be allowed. They should just have it trigger forbadence on all targets and allow it to be used

As of 10/19/10, Wowhead indicates that this glyph is trainable ONLY from Jo'mah, a horde inscription trainer in Orgrimmar - fortunately, this is not correct. For anyone wondering why they would make a particular inscription only available to horde players, the answer is they didn't. I know that it is available from at least the inscription trainer in Stormwind on the alliance side, I haven't checked any other trainers so I'm not positive about the rest.

Looks to be making the jump from Minor to Major soon, meaning the Paladin's already pitiful selection of Minor Glyphs is about to get even more pitiful.

Start deciding which seal or blessing you want to decrease the mana cost of now.

Tried for 2 days to get the glyph during the minor research, and was my last one to learn. The game gave me nothing instead 3 days later it was given to me during the northrend research.

Just asked in-game GM regarding this glyph. Response was "The item is still learned through Minor Research", even though it is major..

Confirmed 10 days later by a different GM.. just horribly bad luck on my part.

Edit 2:

Just had this glyph from doing Northrend research.. the GMs were incorrect!

Confirmed - This is no longer a Minor Glyph, but comes from Northrend research.

I was using Ackis Recipe list to make sure I had all the minor glyphs, and saw I had this one left. (Obvious side note - You're done when you don't 'discover' any more.)

Did my research for 3 days trying to get it and discovered nothing.

Put in a ticket and got -
"Try using the Northrend Inscription >.> "

This good for a raiding holy paladin? For some fights this glyph might make LOH useable twice a fight instead of once a fight.

In Mists of Pandaria this glyph has changed.

OLD: Glyph of Lay on Hands
Reduces the cooldown of your Lay on Hands spell by 3 min.

NEW: Glyph of Flash of Light
When you Flash of Light a target, it increases your next heal done to that target within 7 sec by 10%.
