Bought this today 21/11/2008, Really good buff, nice for Hunter, Rogue, Warrior, DK to name but a few, I haven't checked yet but by the looks of things, once these are made they can be sold.

The only problem that would stop someone for mass producing these and making a fortune is the need for the "Northern Spices". These ordinarily drop 4 per day from the Cooking Daily in Dalaran, or you can exchange one of the cooking awards, also from the cooking daily in dalaran, so, best case scenario you can make 14 of these per day, that is if you can get your hands on the fish which will require at least 430 fishing skill (inc lure) to even fish the area, it will probably require a much higher skill to stop the fish from getting away.
