Essentially useless for human deathknights as they already have Every Man for Himself which shares a cooldown with this trinket.

this is an all around great trinket saved my A$$ so many times its not even funny i was roaming in nagrand when a 80 pally jumped me ( i was 65) and i had got stunned and used the trinket basically used chains of ice all the way to the horde base i was so close to being ganked that my health was 134hp wooot :P

I don't know if this happened prior to 4.0.1 or not but using this will lock you out of every man for himself for *5* minutes even though every man for himself has a 3 minute cooldown. Wasnt stated in previous comments, just wanted to point it out for those looking into it.
