Just got this cloak last night on my Death Knight. I checked it against other cloaks currently in the game using the ratings buster add-on. Well above any other cloak currently available for DPS DK's.

More HP, AP, and crit than Aged Winter Cloak that drops off other bosses in Naxx-25 with the added bonus of nearly 1% haste. The only stat that Aged Winter Cloak has going for it over this one is nearly 2% armor penetration.

It's superior as well to the Hammerhead Sharkskin Cloak that you can get for 25 Emblems of Valor. Same deal. More HP, AP, and crit. You do gain more haste from the emblem cloak but the increase is so small it's not even noticeable.

i have seen this cape. this one time i was in the wetlands place and some orc dude came over to me and killed me with a big sword, he was wearing this cape and i remember noticing the skull on the back and thinking mabe he was part of some specal club that kills people and wears that symbol. but i guess all of them capes have that skull huh? it would be cool if there was a sheild with a skull on it to go with it, kinda like a theem for the armour. i bet it would look cool on a undead guy becuse the'r dead and the skull would go with it, escept i hate undeads because they are hord and hord is the enemy of dwarfs like i am. when i get really high level im gonna buy this cape to wear myself escept im gonna kill hord, and i will use a gun because im a hunter

Now that's just not right :( Not all hunter's are huntards. But I agree we have too many hunters playing blindly. We also have a lot (TON) of uber young users which hurts just as much.

Low agility and high haste make this inferior to the more-accessible Shawl of the Shattered Giant for most classes.

However, with its high attack power, it is still good, and is superior if you don't need hit rating.
