Clearly a phenomenal ring. I can see any sort of caster rolling on this, as it is likely to be one of the best-in-slot rings for quite a while.
In particular, Priests and Warlocks can make full use of the Crit and Spirit- though, as I said, this is a great ring for any healer or DPS caster.

This ring is the sister of https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=40719, which costs 25 https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=40753. Both rings are strong contenders for the best in slot items, depending on class and spec. Lost Jewel's stats work quite strongly for DPS casters such as warlocks, but also works as a godly healing ring. Due to its lack of MP5 some classes may dislike it, but it remains a very desirable ring.

For 0/53/18 Frostfire Bolt mages, this ring is the fifth best in slot, and it is slightly worse than the Ring of the Fated from 10-man Nax.

Best ring currently in-game for Resto druids, I got it a while ago on mine. I would recomend it to any healers. Mind dropped off Anub'rekhan so it wasn't hard to get at all. Unlike some other rings from tougher bosses.

2nd best ring for a fire mage after 3.1 goes live.
45% of the mage's spirit will be converted for critical strike rating (25% from molten armor spell + 20% from molten armor's glyph)

so, this ring will be like:

+45 Stamina
+38 Intellect
+37 Spirit
Equip: Improves critical strike rating by 42 +16,65 (from spirit conversion)
Equip: Increases spell power by 65.

this is the ONLY dps ring available to caster dps in all Naxx 25(moonkin,mage,warlock,shadow priest,elemental shammy), the other ring drops from last boss ... KT and is not that easy to get cause to get to him your raid has to clear rest of Naxx (6-9 hours raiding, depends on raid) https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=40399 plus it is of higher value -KT drops gear of higher value-

The ring has the best stats a dps caster needs and always looking for

why should healers roll on a dps ring ?

Because this is a great resto druid ring. It's got gobs of Intellect, Spirit, and SP. I don't want to start yet another crit/haste argument, but just because this ring has crit doesn't make it a DPS-only ring. Now, if it had +Hit I'd agree with you.

It drops from five different bosses, so it's availability is pretty high for all casters to stake a claim.

Sadly, I haven't won any of the many rolls on it, because it is a great all-around piece. I'm still wearing Spectral Seal of the Prophet only because this is the only ring that drops in Naxx that won't make me lose spirit.
