Nice looking sword. Rogues/Non TG fury warriors will absolutely love this thing. I'd pass it to rogues though. As a warrior I have more options for weapons than they do.

Probably gonna be used as a fury weapon, or deathknight DPS weapon should they decide to dual wield.

Seems like rogues are gonna be focusing more on daggers, and combat is looking to become a leveling / pvp spec (pure speculation) but in which case rogues would still love it.

combat will be right with mutilate as far as damage output is concerned. This is a win for rogues because they desire slow mainhands and thusfar this is the only 2.6 sword out there in pve land worthy.

I'm a little disappointed it doesn't receive a glow from enchants (like mongoose), because it already has a glow on it from the skull's eyes on the hilt. But yes, I can confirm it drops off of Thaddius in normal 10 man Naxx, as I got it last night.

Sorry i am new to WoW, but does the count mean how many there are in total meaning there is a limited amount? and also is the % how often it drops, or will it always drop when Thaddius is killed?

looking for any axe, sword, ect for my DK. needing output hit of +450 at 485 for spells and melee bonus abilities, dual wielding these would be 727 prior stats. pefered weapon stats for me; stam, crt, (agi for dog, perry, melee crt, and some small armor and attack power).

w 2 rune of sword breaking and 4/5 in dog
3.54% melee crt, 1.14%spell crt, 260ap, 54armor, 4.54%dog, 4.54%perry, 1.34% hast, immune to disarm.

dual wielding "Torment of the Banished' is defenently what im looking for as a dual wielding DK Tank

Yeah wtf I just had this drop from Thaddius and put accuracy on it and no glow. Blizzard, why? WHY? Enchants make weapons. They should atleast look like it, Ive made two tickets over the past two weeks and no fix. It needs to glow now...

But it is the only and best MH sword for rogues in WOTLK

Got this and Hatestrike https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=39270 at the same run as the only rogue in a pug which made me buy dual spec and go combat sword. It glows now when I enchanted +50AP.

This weapon does not have any innate glow / particle effects to it. However, after enchanting with Mongoose it still had no additional graphic effects. /sigh
