So I've had this enchantment on my mage for about a year, but I haven't used it until this afternoon =) This enchant does roughly155 frost damage and reduces melee/ranged attack speed and casting speed by 15% for 8 seconds. It procs on melee attacks, melee abilities, and spells. I edited the length of time for the proc, and I did get results from the Auction House. I sold three scrolls on the Auction House for 250 gold each. (Drak' Thul)
