For classes that stack spell power as their primary stat, like affliction locks, this is an exceptional trinket. No blue or purple trinket in Wrath offers a spell power equip effect which is poppable for even more spell power. It's an amazing item for the ease of acquiring it; be sure to pick this one up while leveling and hold on to it.

It seems like the icon has been changed to a melted candle. That or it's an armory bug.
