Incredibly high stamina, coupled with decent strength, this appears to be a weapon designed for Death Knight 2h-tanking, unless of course, DK's can't use maces :)

I'll use this in my main hand with Titan's Grip. That's almost 1K health from the main hand alone, and the 3.70 speed is a good, slow speed for a main hand weapon to give higher damage with instant attacks: Whirlwind, Overpower, Mocking Blow, and Retaliation (and Mortal Strike and Bladestorm if you happen to be Arms), as well as abilities that give extra attacks: Cleave, Slam (especially with Bloodsurge!), and Sweeping Strikes (if Arms).

If you are a warrior, I strongly suggest getting this sword in addition to this mace.

Simply take the other boat (or flight if you're Horde) to go to the other starting area in Northrend. The quest takes a couple minutes and you'll have a really nice pair to get you going using Titan's Grip.

This works for any class which dual wields (dual dagger rewards, for example.)

This is the first Post-BC 2hander anyone leveling from HF will see. Just like when BC first came out, the initial quest gear will be a big upgrade for anyone without epics.

With the large amount of stamina on this mace, it's a great weapon to grab if you're a beginning Death Knight and want to tank Utgarde Keep or the Nexus right @ 70.

Just make sure to train and level your 2-h mace-fu before diving into the dungeon. ;-P

I kept this on my death knight tank until level 73 when i replaced it with a random green BoE drop. Its a great mace and served me well.

For all of you druids out there just entering Northrend, this makes for a pretty nice starter tank weapon with the high stamina, and may just last you till around 74 when you can get https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=41987 (Staff of the Sorrowful Chieftain) from a Zul'Drak group quest.

Great tanking weapon for Blood DKs now entering into the Northrend area, notably one of the few two-handers with both stamina and strength.
