Ok so let me get this straight. This is a food that gives 40 haste rating?

SO we can also use Elixir of Lightning speed https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=44331 for 45 haste rating.

Then when needed we can pop a potion of speed for another 500 for 15 sec? https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=40211

an extra 85 haste for 1 hour sounds good to me, but having it stack with others and equipment is just more fun :-). I think someone said that haste multiplies from different sources. If that is true anyone know how to calculate that?

On the burnt side. I think you need to know how much burning concentrates the haste effect and how much just simply burns it off. BUT we all KNOW Blizz likes to make joke items or make items with a bit of a joke to them.

This or the Manta Steak are excellent for holy paladins who use Holy Light where haste is critical. Excellent food buff. :-)
