item level 159 is awesome ... too bad the mats are insane. 6 sun motes will probably set you back 3000g, 18 primal mooncloth is about 900g, 12 primal life and water is 2x300g, so 4500g worth of mats to make gloves.

These gloves are probably the best gloves for priests right now. Compared to Handguards of the Dawn and Gloves of Absolution

So Hands of Eternal Light make up for the lost mp5 from Absolution through spirit, and have more +heal than Handguards of the Dawn.

Handguards of the Dawn are easily comparable, so for a spell haste set they're definitely worth it.

Handguards of the Dawn not being obtainable on live servers makes the choice a lot easier for me.

Get whichever pair of gloves you can, because they are both great.

Hardest part is finding someone with the pattern. SWP pattern drops are awful. :(

For transmog, these go perfectly with the light sunwell cloth set if you don't like the look of the gloves that drop from Kil'jaeden. However I imagine it would be fairly difficult to find this at this point in the game if you don't already know someone with the recipe.

THE best priest gloves in game, and they are BOE. Well worth getting made, i personally am buying someone DKP to get these made for me.
