Possibly the best pre-Hyjal/BT ring available to casters from a pure DPS standpoint. It lacks stamina, but has much-appreciated hit rating, a very good amount of haste, all while offering higher +dmg than anything but the rings from Heroic Mana-Tombs, Al'ar, and Vashj (the former two of which are pure +dmg and offer no hit/crit/haste). The only major exception might be elemental shammies, who favor high crit ratings, but the haste rating and above-average +dmg may make up for that.

For shadow priests specifically, the haste rating translates into ~13.5dmg, and the hit rating allows points to be freed up from Shadow Focus. Very easily the best ring until you get the BT trash ring or the Exalted BT caster ring.

Easly the best caster ring in the game, no matter the class or spec, for pure dmg builds it offers more dmg than any thing eles in the game, for crit builds while it lacks the crit the rediculas amount of spell hit it offers easly makes up for this as does the spell haste considering how much spell haste boosts a mage or any caster class that has thier main spells cast at 2-3 sec cast.

To build on the "what's the best ring" discussion...
This ring offers haste and hit rating. Thus it's important if you need to get more hit rating (upgrade in another slot lost some, or you haven't yet hit cap), or if you're working to drop points out of hit rating talents.
Ring of Captured Storms has hit and crit. For those people who rely on or would rather have crit over haste rating, it's a very good option.
Ring of Ancient Knowledge has higher +dmg, slightly higher haste, and stamina. For those not interested in the hit rating, or in need of stamina, it's a good route to go.
And lastly, Band of the Eternal Sage, rep-based and no luck-of-the-drop, with crit rating instead of hit, more stats, and a decent proc, especially if you can "abuse" it by refreshing DoT's and getting the +dmg over a longer duration.

Any of these rings are very good, depending on your needs, your progression, your luck, and your other gear.

This is one of the "Timed Loots" from Zul'Aman where you save prisoners. When you enter the instance, you can start an event by talking to an NPC called "Harrison Jones". A 20 minutes countdown will start, to kill the first boss. After killing him you'll get a new timer for the next boss, and so on.

yeah the item level is right as fizzyboom said you need gear skill dedication to do a 3 chest and its doable without t5 gear but you will have to use every possible buff/consumables and everybody needs to be on top of your game t5 or equivalent like badges gear makes this a lot easier.
