Had it drop from a 64 mob in Nagrand. So the "drops from 70+ mobs" isn't always true. Maybe from a certain number up or something

You don't summon a demon from the Darkmoon Card: Madness; instead after you land a KB you can get a class specific buff:

* Delusional: +70 attack power (Rogue, Hunter, Paladin, Warrior, Druid)
* Dimentia: "Down the rabbit hole..." Every 5 seconds either gives you +5% or -5% damage/healing. (Druid, Shaman, Priest, Warlock, Mage, Paladin)
* Kleptomania: +35 agility (Warrior, Rogue, Paladin, Hunter, Druid)
* Manic: +35 haste (spell, melee and ranged) (All classes)
* Martyr Complex: +35 stamina (All classes)
* Meglomania: +41 damage/healing (Druid, Shaman, Priest, Warlock, Mage, Paladin)
* Narcissism: +35 intellect (Druid, Shaman, Priest, Warlock, Mage, Paladin, Hunter)
* Paranoia: +35 spell/melee/ranged crit strike rating (All classes)
* Sociopath: +35 strength (Paladin, Rogue, Druid, Warrior)

Trinket gives you power of madness (Whatever that may be :) ) when you deliver a killing blow. I wanna see it! I just got the 8 of Lunacy from a drop yesterday in Karazhan.

just picked one up, 2nd time iv gotten it both times off a sunfury conjurer while doing these manaforge quests in netherstorm, sold last one for 50g so im hopin this will b around the same

I read it s used as a trinket, gives u a buff upon a succesfull hit, the type of buff u get depends on ur class...the trinket is called the madness card...
