Even though it doesn't say so here, this gem, like all other epic gems seem to be, is unique-equipped.

Edit: since more raid instances have come out, there are a lot of non-unique-equipped epic gems.

On a side-note, there are no +damage and resiliance gems.

I'm not one to steal from healers... but... it's a pure pvp item. All's fair imo.

This is also good for priests who do arena and have to stack resilience and healing. Btw drops from Heroic Arcatraz.

I think it would be good for any healer who has an especific armor to use in pvp.

Is it a Unique Gem, it doesnt hav it on image on thottbot. but i know most heroic gems are unique-equip

It doesn't seem to be unique, but I've never seen one as I've never really done heroic arc (what with regular arc being lame and all). It'd be nice to farm these for healing pvp gear, but I almost shudder at the amount of time I'd have to spend in heroic arc to even get a few of these.
