As shown by the list ( https://www.wowhead.com/cata/items=4.-5&filter=cr=82;crs=1;crv=0 ), The Saga of Terokk is actually the first blue offhand item available in the Burning Crusade. You won't see many more until level 70 dungeons, so be sure to make Sethekk Halls one of your destinations if you want a decent item to offhand with your caster dagger/sword.

Got https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=27431 out of Durnhold last night. These two look awesome together, and the +dmg when combined is just insane at level 66.

For a Warlock or a Mage, this is the best off-hand you will find in terms of +spell damage unless you do endgame raiding. Very easy to get too.

This book is crazy it looks like it has eyes and a mouth and they glow green saw a level 70 Undead warlock with it O_O

where does it "drop" ?

It is in the pre-boss room.

Look for a ring of skeletons on the floor, with a circle of light protruding from it. Book is in the little ring of light.

Takes about a full minute for the book to respawn after being looted each time.

There are not many offhands close to this one in quality. It's on par with the heroic epic ones, the Saga is way more easy to get. Keep this item.

useful to hang onto on the way to 70 or beginning attunements. never know when you'll need a nice off-hand.

I can tell you exactly when you'll need a nice off-hand:

a) You pull the Greatsword of Horrid Dreams from Murmur in SLabs
b) you grind forever trying to get keyed for Kara w/ no success in BM, and you end up buying the Continum Blade
c) you drop Pathenon the Calculator, and he gives you a mana-wrath sword.

or you do arena like mad.

Just cleared Sethekk didn't know about the book on floor until we finished was told to go back and get it from this room but its not here! It's really annoying cause its the only thing i'm missing! anyone else had this problem?

I use this along with Contiuum Blade .. hoping to get GReatsword of Horrid Dreams ... the book doesn't look bad either.
