Concerning Feral's, these are a pretty good hybrid gloves, your going to find better on both end of ferality, however, spending the money and adding two 'Solid Star of Elune' (https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=24033) make them a good tanking glove, with a total of +48 Stamina with both gems and the added damage from Improved CSR by 21 and AP by 64, there not a bad tank glove, there are to many better options for "kitty". In closing, if you cross these gloves, there not a bad drop.

I'd take this for hemo gear. Stick something shifting or balanced in it, or mabe jagged. Anyway u need minimum +hit while hemo.

The only way I see to upgrade this from Netherblade is to put 2x +16 AP on them. Anyway, it's a particular point of view. It's not really an upgrade but a change from 1% hit for 32AP. The choice is up to you.

The point this can be considered really an upgrade is the slots giving you free will to choose which attributes is more important for you, mainly comparing with your other gears.

They do make good hunter gloves, socketed with two +8 agi gems. Sure, you lose Int off mail counterparts, but you pick up a ton of AP and Sta in the process. Besides, doesn't seem like the rogues want them, so...

I see these as a pair of enhancement shaman gloves, Really if you look at Cyclone gauntlets, they beat them on Ap and Crit chance. with two +8 hit gems the difference in hit is only 3, which isnt a heavy price to pay for the extra AP. of course you lose the mp5, and intellect...but as an enhancement shaman these are secondary stats

For rogues this may not be such a good choice, but let's look at enhancement Shamans and compare their Tier gloves to those.

Im assuming that the Shaman reached it's 'crit cap' of around 30%, which makes the set bonus(+3 critical strike rating) not necessary.

So we put in 2 x 8 strength gems. For the calculating I'll leave out the stamina which isn't important for raid DPS imo.

Liar's Tongue Gloves give then(with the +15 str. enchant):
26 crit
134 AP

T5 gives, with 15 str.:
100 AP
24 agility(which is less than 26 crit)

T6 gives, with 15 str and 4 str. 4 crit gem:
116 AP
25 crit

So, for enhancement Shamans, who don't gear for +hit and + intellect, in raw stat breakdown these beat T6.
With BoK this doesn't change, which makes Liar's Tongue Gloves a great choice for Enh Shamans.

Now comparing with similiar items, the Gaunlet's of the Dragonslayer:
Gemmed with 2 x 8 str. and +15 str. those will give you:
110 AP
24 agility

Now stop reading this wall of text and get those babies, I did and Im very happy with them xD

its got 2 blue sockets. 2x12 stamina, means itll benefit your feral tank the most.
its cute for pvp,, but as a rogue i'll definitely stick to my T4 instead.

ofcourse you could just stick 2 red gems in.. but it'd still not be all that hot.

I don't know why you people always think that just because it's leather with AP and stam that it's only for rogues. I don't guess you people understand that feral druids use the same stats as rogues unless they are strictly tanks (which I'm not). Just for the record purple gems can be socketed in the blue slots, not just blue gems. Purple gems have +agi and stam, +str and stam, +AP and stam, AND +dodge and stam so don't say that druids can only socket stuff with +stam because you're wrong. Nice try though. :/

not good for rogues, that im sure of.. .we DE it when they drop for us, and we had 3 rogues i raid, none wanted em... would be better to have at least 1 red socket or yellow

These aren't bad rogue gloves, depends on how you socket them. With 2 +8 hit gems they are almost the exact same stats as the netherblade gloves. I don't run KZ anymore, so I don't have access to the T4 gloves, and I wanted to raise my hit rating...this is a good way to do that.

Attractive for an enh shaman. The AP is higher than enh t4. The argument could be made that strength > straight AP, which is true, but stick to that thought process and you're going to find it hard to get upgrades throughout most of endgame. Str is a means to an end, and just because it is marginally better because it is affected by BoK does not mean someone should not use an item because it has AP.

Overall, I never took these because I spent an asston of money on the Felfury Gauntlets pattern + mats, but our rogues didn't seem all that excited by them either. They generally went to druids for offsets, or got d/e'd. They're actually very GOOD for an enh shaman, at that raiding level.

There are multiple classes that can make arguably equal use of them. Just keep an open mind.
