This is a fabulous healer off-hand frill.

Combine this with https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=28771 and you've got some serious healing already.

And although it doesn't have the most +healing out of most off-hand frills, the stats make up for more than enough compensation.

This is probably one of the best off-hands you can get as a PvP healing priest, especially if you have invested talent points in spiritual guidance, spirit of redemption, and improved divine spirit.

I personally prefer https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=28728, if only for the reason that most people view +healing as the only way to evaluate potential healers. I'm keeping this off-hand for PvP (until I stop being lazy and grind some honor) or stam set.

Got this today. priest. Had Noth's frigid heart before this. I think this is a tad better. too bad noth's frigid heart is more of an eyecandy item than this... paperweight...

I am a disc priest and have equiped this and the netherwing and only lose 1 mana reg using it which I think is worth it considering all the other stats inclused that are higher.

You have to consider that some of the regen from the Netherwing Spiritualist's Charm is MP5 which regens all the time. For a Spirit Priest however, more spirit means more healing, and with 30% mana regen while casting with talents alone in next patch, I'd prefer the higher spirit over the MP5.
