For Horde: A recipe to cook this can be purchased from "Nula the Butcher" (https://www.wowhead.com/cata/npc=20097) in Garadar, Nagrand.

The recipe to cook this is now available for Allaince from Uriku in Telaar (https://www.wowhead.com/cata/npc=20096).

Looks like they added it during the server maintenance on 02.06.07.

A real easy spot to farm these in Nagrand is 62,43. There's Talbuk Stags all over this map, but they spawn pretty close together in that area, and also at most of the large trees nearby.

Uriku who sells Cooking Supplies in Telaar, now sells the recipe for this meat.
No limited supply as of 2/9/07.

well i know they did rolling restarts to introduce the proper reagents into the game for the lvl 70 group buffs maybe, like the reagents, it just isnt ingame yet? id think it would be a rep thing.

Nula the butcher sure does sell this one, as well as grilled mudfish, roasted clefthoof, and poached bluefish. Unlimted supplies of each. In Garadar co-ord's 58 35

Got to say not seen it myself as of yet as a recipe. So unless its a drop of a mob, and just hasn't been reported to here or thott etc its looking like maybe the recipe isn't in yet for some reason maybe?

Recipe named and u can buy at nagrand, Garadar at an NPC called Nula the butcher ;)

It appears Blizzard forgot to throw this recipe into the game when it came out, as presently (Jan 31 2007) no one can find any sort of "Talbuk Steak" recipe anywhere.

It'd make sense if it was sold in Nagrand though -- in Garadar or Telaar.

Blizzard forgot to add this recipe to the game when it was launched. As of last hotfix, it can be bought from Uriku, at Telaar in Nagrand (Alliance) and Nula the Butcher at Garadar (Horde).

Blizzard also added Recipe: Major Dreamless Sleep Potion in the hotfix.

Uriku at 56,73 in Nagrand sells both the Roaasted Clefhoof and the Talbuk Steak (3g ea)

For some reason, all the NPC's in Telaar are red for me. No one will sell anything to me. Are they associated with the scryers?
