Since rejuvenation lasts for 12 seconds and ticks every 3 seconds, you get a total of 4 ticks. That means this idol will add 21.5 healing done to each tick of rejuvenation.

you also need to consider the + healing available due to this idol when using swiftmend. from here, it looks like the +healing would double if you used swiftmend right at the end of a rejuv.
i think that i will be taking the lifebloom idol until i end up getting swiftmend for end game healing.

Was able to solo last quest as 75 Resto Druid in healing gear. Buffed up and went for it, was a close fight.

Confirmed last night via GM that this item breaks the resto druid 4-pc T8-8.5 bonus. He said they would fix it soon.

note this also adds +86 to swiftmend or so
