I fail to see the point in this item. It requires 20 potions to craft and allows you to heal for the same amount 20 times.

This primarily is only a bag space saver. So with this, instead of using 4 bag slots to hold 20 pots, you can now hold them all in one bag slot.

Is this a trinket? If it is, then it would also be useful for feral druids who currently have to shift out of form to take a potion/heal.

I know bag space is nice an all especially with a profession with two different bags but i think the prices on these are outragous.... i seen them at 200g+ i don't think that many prebc schematics were that bad... :'( rreally discouraging

I've been told that it does not share a cooldown with regular pots and/or that it has half the cooldown...hence the actual value of the item.

It has incorrect cooldown and as for Super Mana Potions.
Cooldown is 2 min and shared whith any and all Potions, and no, it can't be used on arenas.

The annoying thing about this is that the recipe is really only useful to save bag space for an engineer and yet it is only available as a random world drop making it almost impossible to farm so you have to buy it on the AH.

Having to pay 150g or so for an item that is, at best, of novelty use to the engineer only seems rather ridiculous.

It would be cool if you could refill this, just like you can reload the Goblin Mortar. Would save on Fel Iron and Leather. Not that important but it would be more realistic.

Getting this only 20g from ah (as also and the mana) and making the pots i would use as always with only ~7g/each gave me some nice lvls at engineering where u normal have to make expensive items.

Changed as of 2.3 .... now requires nothing.. only L55 (no more engineering skill required to use them)

Enjoy tanks... your healer is now going to have an easier time ...

This schematic no longer creates one item with 20 charges and instead creates 20 items. You can split them up and share them with others now just like any other potion. Also watch out when purchasing these on the auction house since it'll now show up as a stack of 20 potion injectors rather than 1.

Just bought this yesterday on the Feathermoon Horde AH for 35g. Your guess is as good as mine what they were thinking, but I appreciate it either way.

Stacks of healing potion injectors seem to run about 100g, with my wife the alchemist I plan on milking this recipe for all it's worth. Especially since they cost so little to make. Huge bonus for Engineers though, especially if you already carry a Fel Iron Toolbox. I've got a few stacks tucked away next to my stack of Repair Bot 110g, now I'm your best friend during the raid.

Just hope I get lucky on the mana potion injectors too.

They should seriously make these so you can use them ON a teammate to heal them in meele range. Then they'd be truly unique.

This no longer has a cooldown/charge, but instead becomes consumable like normal potions. It is created in stacks of 20.

another nearly useless engineering item - sweet! think i'm going to switch trades tonight, maybe something that actually make money and doesnt have only 2 or 3 useful items (parachute cloak, transporters, bombs, charges)

I would assume the finished product would be used in liu of potions & therefor share the same cooldown, which I think is @#$%in' tight...Am I wrong in thinking these are unlimited? But more importantly would anyone know where I'd come across this schematic? (static, random, rep reward...trainer)

The injector is actually only 20 charges and it requires 20 super healing pots + some other mats to make. It is basically a space saver, instead of taking up 4 bag slots with 20 pots, you take up 1 slot with 20 pots.

Dude, at 335-355 you can build Green Smoke Flare and White Smoke Flare, thats the freaking easiest eng grind ever, just build them until they turn grey, no ore needed at all.

At skill lvl 338 - I still have several recipes that are orange to me (fel iron toolbox, adadmantite shells, etc.) so just gotta get the mats.

Yes Engineering is expensive and lots of stuff is usable only by us (too bad a lot of it is cloth armor if you're not a cloth-wearer) - but dang! quite a few are helpful!

What's big advantage of using this?

It has a 2 min cooldown, just like a regular pot.
It injects the same range of health of a regular pot.

how is it different than just using regular pots?

The advantage of this is it frees up your bag slots! if you carry a lot of potions its very useful if you dont (like me) its useless and im an engineer priest! so manna injector is useful but this one isnt as i can heal myself anyway
