For lower level casters, the buff is excellent. 44 SP is probably more than the total SP of any normal caster sub 40.

These items now carry the tooltip "Requires Midsummer Fire Festival", so they will disappear after the event finishes, just like pretty much all the event related food items, so do NOT make plans around stocking up on these like people did with the valentines day perfumes before blizz changed the tooltips

DO NOT BUY Toasted Smorc, BUY Bag of Smorc Ingredients INSTEAD!
(When you create Toasted Smorc using Bag of Smorc Ingredients, the duration of Toasted Smorc is 14 days regardless of the previous duration of the Bag of Smorc Ingredients - i.e. using Bag of Smorc Ingredients gives you overall 28 days duration.)

The duration is 14 days of real time. However, if you create a new stack of food (from cooking the Bag or buying some), it will have a 14 day duration. You can then add in older food into the new stack to get 14 days for all the food.

This stacks with other food buffs, such as Golden Fish Sticks.

The use gives buff instantly (not after 10 seconds like normal food).

Useable in combat.
