AQ20, each boss drops a book at random, last one drops two.

Can i get a basic value of this item on differnt servers?

I scored one the other day, as a Warrior I don't need it (Only hunter in the group got 1 of 3 that dropped).

So, I want to sell it, or trade it for a warrior book. If you are on Deathwing and have a warrior book send me some mail. I'm cool with a straight-up trade. Or to buy as well...

I've seen this for 500+G on the AH on Dalaran. For what? ST8 giver 535-540 over 15 seconds ST9 is only 555. Definitely not worht the hassle or the gold.

serpent sting rank 8 unimproved is 490 over 12 seconds or however long it is. but its 490 damage

Hey all, i just got this book from AQ/20, and am only lvl 59.
My question is, should i sell this book for epic mount money, because wont we be getting new ranks of our staple spells in the xpac? I relize there a lot of hunters that cant get into AQ20 and will pay for this book. I just think it may be better served as mount money. Unless this book will be required for serpent sting 10 in BC or whatever.
Any thoughts?

Sorry to break all your hearts out there people. I just recently dinged 60 on my hunter. With the new patch serpent sting IX is now learnable THROUGH THE HUNTER TRAINER. I was crying at almost buying this 100+g book, then after patch, I was pleasantly suprised. Instead it cost me like 4g from the trainer :3

Rank 8 does 490 dmg over 15 secs, this one does 555. not that much of an improvement, but will help when doing epic bow quest.

Sorry to tell you but it won`t help at all cos blizz didnt think as far as any hunter does. they simply forgot to implement it. if u use it at the demon in ws it will do only the 555 damage. please fix
