There isn't any difference, it's just for those who'd rather buy these than waste their own. Both heal 2000 hp in 8 sec. There's a plus though as these can be bought rather than made.

Unless the stated price are for 5 bandages or so, ordinary bandages should be cheaper. (if those cost 20s each, that would be 2g for 10, and 20 runecloth should be easy to get cheaper than 2g)

They are not. But i often run out of runecloth bandaes, and being able to buy new ones fast is really nice. however, you can only use theese in Warsong, as it say. I save my "real" bandages for MC, and use the buyable ones in the Battlegrounds.
