As a level 40 enhancement dual wielding shaman I struggled to find decent weapons to use. It may just have been the economy on my server being slow so I bought 2 of these just after hitting 40 (took days of looking on the AH) and equipped them as soon as I was 42. They are perfect DW weapons with the correct speed for proccing windfury. Get .....of the Tiger if you can for the AG and STR. They have made a HUGE difference to me and although not blues, they should not be passed by if you're struggling for DW weapons.
