Got mine in TB, 2nd floor on the main island thinger. If you got the gold, it's an easy upgrade.

I have checked ironforge and Stormwind continually, also the Action House, and have never seen this. I am not sure, but seems it is no longer sold. Has anyone bought this recently from a vendor? Please post if so.

I can confirm that both Skolmin Goldfury (IF) and Frederick Stover (SW) both still sell this. Good luck nabbing one.

A can confirm that these exist in classic. Just bought one in UC.
The vendor didn't have one yesterday but had one today.
Although DPS says 22 not 21,96.
