Given the right modifier, this ring could be very nice for any class. Makes me wonder why more people don't want to do Uldaman more often, with a chance of a great ring for any class dropping.

People don't want to go there because the big diffirence in the rings. You can spend 200 runs and only get rings that don't suit your class and when the "of agility" finally drops someone else gets it. Easier to get Warsong Gulch rings which are better.

This is an excellent ring for a feral druid, especially if you get a modifier that also adds agility/strength/stamina. In dire bear or moonkin form, this gives 250 armor (275 with thick hide) on top of the additional damage (from strength), dodge/armor/crit (from agility), or health (from stamina).

These rings are great if you happen to get one relevant to your class/spec - I managed to get an "Of the Owl" for my resto druid on the first run. Also, these items are now Unique-Equipped, rather than Unique, so you can roll on a new, better ring even if you already have one.

These rings are now Unique-equiped which means that you may carry around, and roll for as many of these rings as you'd like. But you can only have one equipped.

i got the Archaedic stone 'of the bear' which is the most common kind of this ring. I killed him twice with my friends, we found the 'Bear' kind both times.

the monkey droped (agi and stam) and i was like woohoo, then the pally was like NICE.
then he needed then the warrior, then mage, then hunter and then me, the mage got it :(

i went that far 2 times on my mage and got fed up with it cause i kept getting of concentration, +5 mana per 5 seconds

I just got this about an hour ago on our Uldaman run. We had an awesome group. I got it -of Strength (+13 strength). being a paladin this makes me happy. Gotts love the 50 armor on it too =)

That Unique means you can only have 1 "Archadic Stone"

Of ANY type. Thus you can't pick up 1 "of owl" and 1 "of eagle". You could only pick up 1 of them. It would block you from the second one.

Did a run here to help a friend get 2 rings and they couldn't loot it because they had 1 of a different type already.

If you keep one of these in your bank, and head to Uldaman to get another one, be warned, as stated, it's unique and you cannot have more then one. It hasn't happened to me, but it'd really suck to be on a run where "Of FR" dropped and you had some "of the gorilla" in the bank, and couldn't do anything about it. same goes for a few other rings, don't keep unique crappy rings in the bank, "Dimly opalasent ring of shadow resistance" is unique, and out of scholo, keep that around you everytime you run scholo, just incase of fire resistance drops ;)

This item is granted with random attributes when dropped too, (usually +10 to two random attributes), so you never know if it will be any good to you or not.
The fight is enough fun to do it over and over anyway ^_^

Not what I would have preferred, but still pretty darn useful and nice as a Marksman spec hunter.

And since I know it's coming, yes, I know it'd be better for a mage or warlock or <insert magic using class here>. I wasn't about to pass an awesome ring up, though, and my group was fine with me rolling.

Lost it to a freggin mage. I don't get it. Was he that damn stupid or what? Or am I wrong, is there some hax coming up in next patch that makes mages need str and def. In that case I'm sorry.
But for a bear-druid, that was awesome.
