Heya,
You could use WeakAuras addon to get this happening.
You will need to configure it to track the spell ID of Lifebloom/Rejuv on your current target, I'm not sure if it can do Main Tank, but im pretty sure it'll do your focus.
It won't be a button or macro. but an image on your screen.

I use Grid for all my healing. I track Lifebloom with a counter in the upper right corner of the frame. It counts down the duration in seconds and tenths of seconds, and it's color coded to indicate the number of stacks. Red for one, yellow for two, green for three. To set it up the same way, you'll need:
Grid
GridIndicatorBorderTexts
GridStatusHots
Assign the status "My Lifebloom Stack Colored" to any of the side text or corner text indicators.
Alternatively, Vuhdo has this functionality built in.
This is part of one of the two aspects of your UI that you need to get right in order to be a really good healer. The first one is putting all the information you need to see on the frames you use for your healing and putting them close to the middle of your screen. This way, you only have to look at these and your character, and they're close together. The second one is only using one action, that is one mouse click or one key press, to cast each heal. The target is determined by whose frame your cursor is on, the spell by which key or button you press. No targeting then casting, that will just slow you down and make things harder. If you want to use keys you can use mouseover macros, no need for an addon. If you prefer clicks, you can use Clique with any frames (such as Grid) or you can use the built-in click casting function of Healbot (which I only recommend for new healers) or Vuhdo (which is excellent).
