For those of us who are hated by the goblins, rest assured, this is still possible to do. You just have to fight your way to the bucket, which can be used while in combat and under attack, and make your way out again. Paladins have the easy way out, of course; just blessing of freedom to the bucket then bubble hearth.

Almost never in Darnassus, had to roam the circle of Craftmen's Terrace, standing on top of the pumpkin at 67.4, 16.0. Enjoy! num num num.

XP for the candy buckets scales up with your level. At level 79, you get 10,900xp for each one.

Kalimdor map along with Cataclysm locations - ALLIANCE

They’re spaced out so you can copy one section and use the regular WoW macro creator or copy them all and use the add-on Paste.

These are set in no particular order, you can adjust Tomtom to automatically set the next closest waypoint to minimize backtracking.

If you receive the Trick! debuff you can use a Noggenfogger Elixir to get rid of it, just drink the elixir until you get Skeleton Form then right click to remove it.

Ok, I just got finished making my rounds around Northrend,
Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor, and Outland. It should be noted that there are several extra locations that aren't covered in the achievements for Trick or Treating. Basically the rule of thumb I used was if it had a flight path then I was checking it out. Now if you know there isn't an inn at that location it is unlikely to have a bucket. After all my flying around here is my
list of the items I picked up. Good luck and happy haunting.

For those looking for the Stonetalon Peak candy bucket. It is there.
It is in the destroyed inn, to the north.

Northwatch Point, Southern Barrens is in Northwatch Hold.

Northwatch Expedition Base Camp, Stonetalon Mountains is in the south east region of the map.
I have a flightpoint there.

Anyone looking for the Exodar, Seat of the Naaru location, from the flight path go up the ramp right next to the flight master and at the top of the ramp take an immediate left and go in the building (inn) . The bucket is behind the counter in that inn. The mini map say "The Exodar" not "The Seat of Naaru"

If you loot ALL the buckets from all the zones - Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor, Oultands, Northrend and Cataclysm - including the ones not specifically listed for the achievements, at level 85 you will net 800+ GOLD... and that's after you pay for all that taxi service! This has to be the easiest gold you can make in the game - no mobs and no repairs. Just collect your candy and your gold!

Make sure to equip your Renowned Guild Tabard so you can double your guild rep as you collect your loot!

Doing this as a L16-26 alliance toon corpserun (that's what I started and ended with...did a couple of 'local' quests along the way, but that might have gained me all of one level) I would note one thing.

As far as I can tell, you can't get into Silithus except through U'ngoro. So I would swap the order of those two.

I didn't do things in this order, because I didn't find this page till I'd done all the lower level things that didn't need a corpse run. It was still *very* helpful, even without a coordinate add-on. Thank you, very much.

ETA: This was supposed to be a reply to the message, above, that had the list of all the candy sites. Not sure why it's showing up on its own...

A handy thing to have in your bags is Hallow's End Pumpkin Treat, if you get tricked (40sec cc) from the candybucket, eat one and you will get a new disguise that overrules the one from the candybucket. This new disguise can be removed if you wish.
Hallow's End Pumpkin Treat are sold by Katrina Shimmerstar outside Ironforge Bank, you need to have completed Hallow's End Treats for Jesper!, if you havnt she will only sell normal candy.
They stack to a 100, should be enough that even those who are hated by rng wont run out before they are done by the achivs.
