Most people will forget about Death Knights for the sole purpose of this achievement, then start their Death knight, just so they can run around bragging saying "I was the first lvl 80 Paladin!"

Its actually very simple. They can very easily code it to check for each character, "When you hit level 80, check for other level 80s of the same class, if one exists, do not award achievement."

And all those people can just get told to eff off by GMs.
