You need to eat Tricky Treat

Just eat one every time the global cooldown is over until you throw up. Just like Christmas as a kid really.

Careful though, eat too many you might not have any room left for dinner

I got the full stack and I get sick about every 5 candies (as a Tauren Elemetnal Shaman, if it matters which apparently it does).

Am I the only one who thinks that the icon given with this achievement is a *little* bit of an over exaggeration?

The name of this achievement might be a reference to the movie "Animal House". There's a scene in which the dean berates the Delta House, and one of the students starts making choking-like noises. The dean impatiently says "Out with it!", and the student pukes all over him.

As of October 18, 2009, Survival Hunters are no longer "immune" to the Upset Tummy debuff.

No longer will it cost Gold to acquire this Achievement!

You can get rid of the debuff, if you're a rogue, by using Cloak of Shadows.

I think the amount you need to eat is random. I ate 3 and got it or maybe I just don't have the stomach for it ?

The amount you need to eat is random.
It took me 2 sweets to be horribly sick but it generally takes less than 5.

In WoW Wrath Classic, this took me 2 Tricky Treats to get the achievement. I then used Stoneform to remove the debuff.

Tricky Treat still comes from Headless Horseman, but they are much rarer this year.

You need to stick around for about 20 secs after killing the boss, nearby him, and they might appear in your bags.

Took me 9 runs before I got any. You can keep requeuing until you get them (5x per hour).

Also tradeable but can't be put on the AH.
