Earned after completing one quests with your faction at the Argent Tournament. The quest itself will be available after completing the Achievement Argent Aspiration

It takes 3 days of daily to reach Valiant, since you need 15 Aspirant's Seals and you get 5 per day unless the daily bugs and you can pick up more of them. When you reach Valiant you get the quest to talk to your faction and you gain this Achievement =)

The easiest strat for jousting NPCs is the following:
1- Start the joust, and stand there spamming your charge button while NPC runs to position.
2- When he is far enought, you will charge him, and remove from him 1 defense
3- While you are turning back from charge, spam your lance button, so you can remove 1 defense. (He will have 1 or no defense left)
4- When you are in melee, stand there and spam your melee hit button. (Maybe he will regenerate 1 defense)
5- After 2-3 melee strikes, NPC will try to make some distance from you, to try and charge. When he starts moving, spam your charge button, so when he is far enought, you will charge him instead of him charging you.
6- Repeat from step 3 and forth, until NPC is dead.
Piece of cake. Works with all horsemen, even Citadel horsemen too. You can kill all the dailies horsemen without healing yourself (it should be an achievement :P)

Hmm... What happens when u complete all factions (all aliance of horde).Do quests end ?

Should be noted that, at this time, there is no version for Worgens or Goblins.

However a GM has told me they're working on it... whatever that means in terms of time :P
