This might be a joke to the Maiden of Virtue in Karazhan as the Maiden in Karazhan was sometimes killed in under 2 minutes which is amazing for a Karazhan boss. My guild would always post records of how fast we downed Maiden on our forums and see if we could broke that record.

Managed it earlier today with about 10secs left on timer, the most important issue is that everyone expect tank must equip a Medallion of the Horde (https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=37865) to remove the incap effect, as you simply lose way too much dps by standing there with stars floating above your head

Done this twice in the last two attempts. I don't know if it's necessary (I doubt it would be), but both times we had a shammy. They popped Bloodlust at 95%, and lust was up until after Maiden was dead. The first time we actually killed her so quickly that she didn't even repentance us.

Aside from having competent dps, all you need for this achievement is for the dps to step in the void zone when she's casting Shock of Sorrow - as such, they should be standing right next to it, ready to jump in when she casts. Other than that, it's really easy.

Just killed her in 42 seconds on Heroic, we had no incapacitate. Just tank and spank and moved out of the holes. We had 9809 total dps during the fight.

Three smart dps pulling atleast 2k dps is what you need. This dps check is extremely easy. Just for the heck of it our group which we put up for HoS achievement run used everything we got. The boss went down before we had spent 30 seconds on her.

When doing this achievement, stand next to the void zones she spawns. When she starts casting Shock of Sorrow, be ready. Move into the void zone when she's got 1-2 seconds left of the cast, as the damage dealt by the void zone will cause Shock of Sorrow to break. What you should watch out for, is that you stand next to the latest spawned void zone, since they have a limited duration, unlike those when fighting Auriaya.

Standing next to a black hole, seeing her casting, moving into the void zone, being incapacitated, and then watching the void zone go away, right before it ticks, sucks. :(

Be sure to use Bloodlust/Heroism and cooldowns as well.

If you don’t want to rely on skills or trinkets you can do the ‘stand in the void zone‘ strategy, i've did this with myself healing the group, and 1 dps actually got Repentance but we still downed her just in time and got the achievment, so no need for trinkets or anything if you have a healer that actually wants to heal the void zone damage.

this achievement would be extremely easy to do in heroic except people always seem to skip all bosses except the tribunal of ages and the final boss

This achievement got a new meaning in 2022/2023 with Wotlk Classic.
